Chaille Brindley – Publisher

Chaille is the publisher of TimberLine and Pallet Enterprise magazines as well as Pallet Profile Weekly and Recycle Record market reports. Having grown up around the forest products industry, he has pallets and lumber in the blood. He worked for various small newspapers and media outlets as a reporter in addition to a year working for Fleishman-Hillard as a public relations specialist. Chaille once wrote an entire newspaper section on garlic, which proves he will write on almost anything. Chaille spends a lot of time in ministry helping to develop disciples and leaders in the Church. He loves baseball and is a fanatical St. Louis Cardinals fan. Chaille recently moved to Colorado and wonders why it took him so long to live in the West. If you have editorial suggestions or ideas for TimberLine, he would love to hear them.

Gary Stergar – Advertising Sales and Marketing

Gary Stergar has been with Industrial Reporting, Inc for 25 years. He serves as an advertising account representative for TimberLine and Pallet Enterprise magazines, and oversees and facilitates feature editorial in TimberLine. Gary is married with four grown children and he enjoys playing the guitar. In college, Gary played linebacker for the University of Richmond Spiders football team.

Chris Edwards – Graphic Design

Chris has been working for IRI for a quarter of a century. He is a believer in — if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it…as proven by his current daily driver which is a 1994 model. He handles the design work for the publications, print and digital, as well as provides support for all other departments of the company. If you need help with your ad design or layout for an article, Chris is the guy. His hobbies include aging gracefully and imparting wisdom to the next generation of humanity.

Melissa Rzasa - Business Manager

Melissa Rzasa – Business Manager

Melissa has been with the company for 15 years and has served in number of different positions. In her current role as Business Manager, she oversees the circulation department, accounts receivable and a variety of other special projects. Melissa has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia and worked as an insurance adjuster and then as a stay at home mom prior to joining the IRI team. She is active in her local church and has a heart for community outreach. She also enjoys spending time with her husband of 30 years, three children and two grandchildren.

Tim Cos - Features Writer

Tim Cox – Features Writer & Editor

Tim is a regular contributor to TimberLine and Pallet Enterprise magazines as well as Pallet Profile Weekly. Currently, he writes and helps coordinate editorial development for equipment feature stories for TimberLine. He is a former employee of Industrial Reporting, serving as the editor of both magazines, and has continued to contribute to both publications. He worked in journalism in the past as a reporter and editor for newspapers in Maine, Virginia and North Carolina; as a former newsman for United Press International, stories under his byline appeared in The Washington Post and other newspapers. In his spare time Tim is a member of a hunt club, has been involved in coaching boys lacrosse from the youth to the high school level, dabbles with electric guitar, and enjoys spending time with his grandsons.

Lisa Oliver Monroe - News Writer

Lisa Oliver Monroe – News Writer & Editor

For 25-plus years, Lisa has worked as a professional writer, editor and occasional proofreader. Currently, she writes and edits news articles and content for TimberLine. In addition to writing articles for the TimberLine and Pallet Enterprise magazines, she’s been published in many small Virginia newspapers and regional to national magazines including Virginia Living, the VBA Journal, ADVANCE for Nurses, FloridaMD, Boomer, Seniors Guide and others, and she’s also written for websites like Colonial Williamsburg’s www.history.org. In addition, Lisa has worked as a marketing writer for numerous businesses including large companies like MaidPro Franchise in Boston, Save the Date in NYC, and Public Consulting Group, Hamilton Beach Brands, and Capital One, in Richmond, Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, writing fiction, kayaking in her inflatable kayak, dining out and traveling in the United States.
