Self-Propelled Mobility Reduces Need for Support Equipment
Morbark’s Model 1300 tub grinder is available on tracks for self-propelled mobility. The Morbark Model 1300 track tub grinder moves easily around land-clearing jobs, rights-of-way and other grinding sites, reducing the need for support equipment.
The machine’s heavy-duty hammermill rotor is equipped with 24 T-1 steel fixed hammers with double-edged, replaceable carbide cutting tools. Full hydraulic tub tilt provides safe and easy access to the hammermill during routine maintenance. Dual 16-inch diameter discharge augers move processed material quickly away from the mill, require less maintenance and provide longer life than a belt. Other standard features include a 330EL Cat undercarriage and a tub cover for debris containment.
Options include wireless remote control, magnetized end pulley with collecting side tray for ferrous metal extraction, and hydraulic reversing radiator fan.
The Morbark Model 1300 track tub grinder is available in horsepower options ranging from 750 hp to 860 hp. It is capable of continuous output up to 320 cubic yards per hour, depending on raw material and screen size.
Morbark can put virtually any tub grinder on tracks. For more information, contact Morbark at (800) 233-6065, e-mail email@example.com, or Web site at www.morbark.com.
